Someone ordered ivermectin w/o prescription...

...and their post office is acting funny. It is prescription ivermectin for humans.

Their post office keeps holding the package, says "available for pickup". No notifications were left and no delivery was ever attempted! He expected it to go out the next day, but it just keeps sitting there for a few days.

What should my acquaintance do? Is it possible they are waiting for him to claim the package and then call law enforcement?

It went through customs with no notification, he said.

 
It came later than usual, but all good.
