Aldactone is a nasty one bro with probably nastier side effects than any ped I've ever touched. Are you in contest prep or dropping weight for a fight? Tell me to mind my own business obviously. I prefer manipulating water and salt intake and I come in dry as a bone. As diuretics come it's one you have to be really careful with. @trinity is the man to go to though. Second to none.

@Hammerblow im actually using it in conjunction with metformin because i have PCOS. Im not using for steroid reasons

Personally found aldactone quite mild from my limited experience but it is hard on the kidneys.

As Hammerblow states water manipulation is probably the safest way to go unless youre looking at it for its anti androgen topical properties or for feminisation.

@trinity i am looking to use it for its hormone reasons. I have PCOS and its supposted to be helpful. Thanks for your imput.

I've always found it harsh on me and stay clear completely of any now but I'm the guy that can't handle 3 days of Dianabol without being sick as a dog remember!

Im sorry to hear that about your PCOS. I cant comment simply because I'm not a doctor and not qualified to do so. I take it they've left you no other option than the black market.
