Spot injecting your gear

Gear has to go somewhere. I tend to prefer bigger bodyparts where the volume wont effect the muscle and its contractions as much. Oil doesnt flex! I honestly think a lot of the lat tears is from lat injections. Keep to you safe areas like ventro, glute medius, vast lateralis, medial delt and any area low concentration of nerves......
