I was curious if anyone has some insights into my situation. Feel free to PM me if you like. There is a domestic package, and I never go express, however the vendor upgraded to express which was nice but now has me worried. This carrier is you ess pee ess. The package has not moved in days and it is multiple days passed it’s “guaranteed” date/time. I realize they don’t guarantee the time, it is really just a money back deal.
my major concern is did the fact that this went express, and has had no updates in a while, is that a pretty big concern or have others been in this situation and it wasn’t a big deal?
