storing wax? what is the proper way

hello, i am waiting on my vape pen for wax to arrive, how should i store it for the time being, its in a small container meant for it, and i have it inside my shoes in a shoebox in the closet,

should i store it in the freeze or fridger? will the wax go bad in 5days til i get my pen delivered?

As long as your closet isn't hot and humid you'll be fine. Wax generally doesn't go bad, I leave a tub of it in my car during the summer months and besides being a little sticky, it's stays the same quality if it's in a air-tight container.

Edit: Just wanted to add that the fridge/freezer will work too, but if you go to scoop up the wax when it is cold, it will shatter like glass.
