Strains and info on using for migraines?

If anyone that has migraines and uses MM, could I get suggestions for strains, and way it is used? And any other tidbits related to use for migraines. It would be much appreciated!

I have used in past, smoked and recreational a little when younger. I wasn't the biggest fan as I hate smoking and it usually made me paranoid and/or sleepy. But from some research and some threads here, I understand there are specific strains that help certain symptoms and are better for migraines and/or pain. 

 
@LBGIRL213  I have been a smoker for a long time and I do my best to avoid the paranoia and anxiety that comes with weed.   I got the mango strain from bwilia and I loved it.  Plenty of energy and no paranoia/anxiety what so ever!  I also noticed some relief from minor back pain and a definite increase in energy.  Check the site leafly.com, there is a wealth of information there regarding strains and medicinal uses.  There are also some great pictures to look at!!!  Hope this helps a little bit.
