Temgesic -- buprenorphine -- weak or not enough?

Hello,

Just picked up 70+ temgesic for a very well respected international vendor who I've done business off and on with for almost 15 years.    These are white unmarked  .02mg (250 microgram) pills that should be taken sublingually.       I have a kratom habit -- 10g per day which I didn't take today, but beyond that NO opiod tolerance to speak of.    Took 12 of these in batches of 3 waiting patiently for them to dissolve under tongue for over 10 minutes between each batche until all 12 consumed.  

This should be equivalent to 2MG of buprenorphine.   Pupils seem slightly pinned, but beyond that, the entire experience seems WEAK.   Is this just the way temgesics are or do you just need to go higher for an effect -- seems scary taking this many.

Not sure if the kratom - ratcheted up my tolerance.   Thinking of getting a drug test for BUP to confirm, although I  know testing yourself vs. the pill itself is somewhat unreliable.

That’s a very small dose. I get 2 8 mg a day from my doctor. I am not sure what the size of the pills are but if you can take them all at once even 2 mg should give you some relief. Hopefully that helps 

 
@Maggie2000 I thought the 2 mg were kind of week. i get 3 8 mg a day for pain because my hepatology doctor knows my past drug issues. I think I have 500 subutex in t he bottles steal.  I can't take suboxone because of my liver problems so no naltraxone!  I wish I could be a vendor, won't  happen because I don't  think I will be approved. i just hate having so many that I know people could use! I would give then away if I could I don't want anyone sick! I swear I can't smoke weed but the edibles were the only thing that relieved my pain. Anyway I think the ones I received did nothing!

L @ Layne_Cobain: @maoi nah no fear of needles and if it made me feel a lot better no fear of being on it long term as who knows if my t will even rebound after 5 years on methadone not sure if that’s the norm I hope so…the more I research the more it seems like the best choice is to just go for it with TrT rather than trying to “middle” with Enclomiphene especially now that i know it probably won’t work being on methadone altho I am tapering off 5 mg biweekly so that’ll take a while I’m at 95 now from 120
  17. moai @ moai: @Layne_Cobain the longer you’re on it without using HCG sometimes, (meaning years) the harder it will be to rebound if you do come off. But I’m with you, at only 22, I’ve abused myself to the point I may NEED trt. Not to mention all of the benefits
  18. moai @ moai: @Layne_Cobain You don’t seem it, but if you are the type that’s afraid of needles for life, don’t sweat it. I’m natty atm, but from what I hear A) you won’t want to come off and B) if you implement HCG every once in a while to your protocol, you have a better chance of being able to come off T completely and restore all (or most) of your natty production. Of course, no guarantees and it is dependent on the individual, genetics, compounds and duration of exposure, etc.

Cause after further research I don’t think it’ll even work while still on methadone…I think trt with hcg to preserve fertility and ball size is the way to go for me. I just wanna feel better. Thanks for your input on the matter btw
