Tendonitis is inflammation. Ice until inflammation and pain subsides then possibly heat (bringing blood
to area) pending severity and a little bit of PT. Nothing fancy unfortunately. Attempting to train through makes it worse.

Just in case someone is reading this I thought I'd mention that a N.S.A.I.D. of some type like Naproxen should help the inflammation also on top of alleviating pain and that would be a far better option for someone than for example using Tylenol/Acetaminophen to help with the pain.

Heck if using cannabis could potentially help reduce inflammation and pain at the same time too but obviously will be very unpredictable in how effective it is for each person but it's something to keep in mind if you like to smoke consume cannabis occasionally and need a little bit of extra help.

I'd guess that anti-inflammatory thing in the diet like omega-3 oil or lack there of it could either speed up or delay recovery also but I may be totally wrong about this it's just a random thought that came to my mind right now.

I have had tendonitis many times in the elbows and knees. I have used a chemical called DMSO. Available online and in health food stores. It is basically horse liniment. It has been used on race horses since the 1930s. Runners in the 60s, 70s & 80s used it for their tendonitis. I have used it many times and it is very effective in curing tendonitis. It is not as popular now as it once was.

I had tendinitis in my wrists when I was working at a lumber mill, I found that compression helps a lot with the pain and recovery. Obviously doing things that strengthen the area but don't aggravate the area help but sometimes you can't do that when you have a job to do. DMSO sounds awesome

I've also heard about taking Glucosamine chondroitin can help with joint inflammation and aging pains.

  1. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: I'm 35 with a full head of hair so very grateful. I take that shit serious haha.
  2. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Enclopmiphene raised me to 800s and I did gailn more muscle but nothing compared to 150mg.T. I don't have male pattern baldness as neither of my older brothers are, and our mom's dad had a full head of hair which is where the gene comes from. I just found the minimal effective dose that also gave me the look I like and I've had no estrogen issues or acne. But there's always aromasin and accutane
  3. N @ neurowoot: Layne_Cobain, slightly cheaper option, has an okay success rate... HCG and Kisspeptin, alternating days (mostly). Brought me from 319 to 540. Not the worst. HCG specifically helps with balls volume haha
  4. L @ Layne_Cobain: I’ve always had severe anxiety also but I think the chronically low t (125 total) for 5 plus years now is making it worse…did trt help you with anxiety or depression if you had any of that?
  5. L @ Layne_Cobain: @tiquanunderwood did the enclomiphene not do much for yah? Yeah it’s not so much being on it for life as the side effects-shrinking nuts, hair loss, infertility exc
  6. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: But if you're afraid of inj3cting or being on it for life, once I started it I was more than cool with being on it forever. I feel so much fucking better.
  7. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: I used enclomiphene for a few months, then hopped on TRT a few years ago at 32. 0p1ates destroyed my endocrine system, even while off them for over a year my T levels were about 150 ng/dl. TRT best decision I ever made, and $200 covers the whole year for me. Excluding bloodwork of course.
  8. tiquanunderwood @ tiquanunderwood: Think you've had enough :) Happy almost Friday everyone!

  14. L @ Layne_Cobain: @TheNinez thanks bro I think I’m gonna give it a go even tho it’s quite expensive but if it can make me feel much better it’s worth it
  15. CalFresh @ CalFresh: @moat I considered it but the recommended doses sound huge for IM. Doesn't it hurt like a MF to inject so muich? I remember getting a PCN shot at the local planned parenthood long long ago and even that little amoutn had me sore for a couple days
  16. proton369 @ proton369: 💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎
  17. T @ TheNinez: @Layne_Cobain would reccomend enclomiphene, trt made me feel soooo much better
  18. MorfineOrfan @ MorfineOrfan: @AlHoffman69 yo man , haven't seen you much lately. Hope you're doing decent at least. Miss seeing your positivity tbh
  19. L @ Layne_Cobain: Got low T from methadone but not trying to have my balls disappear from TRT lol
  20. L @ Layne_Cobain: See some of yall talking peptides and GH so I’ll throw it out as I’m considering it, anyone tried enclomiphene? Its legal but expensive like a less potent less side effect version of trt
