Hey everyone, new to the forum, diagnosed with anxiety,  panic attacks and insomnia. Recently stopped taking kr@tom , it was the only thing I took regularly to keep my issues at bay, besides cannabis. Just wondering what people have found as a good alternatives. I've also used phen1but, et1z0lam, and street zanacks but keep usage down to bare minimum because we all know how addictive they can be . Thanks!

Welcome @Magicman925. I empathize with you. My advice is to read, and then read some more. If you donate, even the minimum, you will have access to a plethora of information. Also, using the Search function can be very helpful. 😊

Hi I agree with Gracie5. Reading and reading will be your greatest tool in helping deal with your situation. I suffer with the same issues as yourself plus a few others on top and I personally find the ole marijuana worsens my symptoms. But I know this isn t the case for everyone. I'm from the UK so don t have access to heavy indica strains like some of the peeps do from here in the US or Canada. So maybe I'm just in an unlucky location. But as seductive as weed is have u tried giving it up for a while to see if it helps lesson your anxiety?  I apologise in advance if this is a stupid question 😅

Have you tried CBD? I’m also in the same boat as you prescribed kolonopin for anxiety and take kratom daily for the last 6 years for pain management. Just started CBD and have def noticed slight less anxiety and panic attacks. Wish you the best luck! 😇

Yeah I have stopped the weed before i cant really live without it . Although, this cali cbd weed is very good for a mellow relaxing experience.   My psychiatrist wont give me benz0s so I use et1z , gabapent1n, and krat0m  interchangeably.

Thanks man, and yes I use cbd as well . especially the cannabis derived cbd instead of hemp derived cbd is way more effective in my experience. I love cbd strains like harlequin and acdc which are readily available in my area.

I never thought I could live without it before I gave it up for good. I suffered with bone crushing insomnia for a few days and then a deep long depression for a few weeks (this was after smoking it for 4 yrs everyday). But after that it got better and with time the dopamine levels or whatever in your head will balance themselves out. Personally for me I just rely on ben3oZ for my day2day life I believe they give me a slight chilled effect slightly similar to weed but without any of the highs or lows or anxiety and laziness issues. I don t seem to be one of these that thrive for a high too much no more. Although I do enjoy abit of a drink up at the weekend and the odd puff every now and then but that's it.

I hope you get on top of things anxiety is definately serious and can impact ones life in ways some people can never imagine. It can spiral and spiral so it's best to nip it in the bud as soon as possible or it can get worse and who knows how long it ll stay worse for.

Yeah your definitely right because i have noticed I will have often anxiety attacks right after I smoke a fat backwood or take a dab. I'm a young dude just turned 21 so I'm still pretty infatuated with all different types of drugs and their effects.  Got a pretty good list of different substances I've tried under my belt. Haven't done any psychs ever since I had a terrible experience with acid but hoping to in years ahead. I've been really trying to cure my anxiety and PTSD the right ways lately through therapy and things like that . Anyway I definitely will slow down on the pot to see if that helps .

  12. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Don’t message people about things like veterinary care without taking care to mind the rules you two crazy nuts. More at stake than getting bad info or scammed, there’s predators out there looking for bigger fish and will step on a guppy to get to them. Fishing expeditions aren’t just for private citizens enjoying a calm weekend exploring the lake for a fish hookup. Offish of offishial fishing investigations may be looking for the best fishing hole and scare off the big
