Why did you just delete my comment asking about my order?

I have deleted your post because you are thread clogging. The past 4 days you have posted here 11 times.
You can email the vendor asking for your order and other inquiries, you do not have to update here every step of the way. Vendor's threads are for REVIEWS only. This is to help members gauge the vendor's performance, reliability and the feedback will help them in their decisions. If members have to wade through these countless posts of "where's my order" and other questions clogging up the thread, it makes it more difficult to find genuine reviews.

If they ever answered their emails sure that would work. I thought this place was to discuss with vendors and their other customers to compare experiences and make informed decisions on which vendor to make a purchase with. Apparently that's not the case though.

We always answer to all emails. I told you clearly if you want faster reply, you can contact us on Threema, we have many customers and we are not working at the post office. The person who emailed back explained everything very well and explained information I could not get provided to me on here.

I got 1 of my 4 items.Am I allowed to say what it was on here? If not delete it. The dpt was great 10/10 quality and the bag was extra heavy. Would recommend this one to anyone interested in that type of research.

Aside from the communication issues the vendor seems solid so far. If the other 3 items are as good as the first one then you should make this your new main vendor.
