So, there are Actually Mental Health benefits of L-Methyfolate and the other Stronger Forms. Foalte is not extremely Bioavailable, there is a more Bioavailanle form of Folate, I forget what it is called but there already was one. Then L-MethylFolate and the Newer one are even more Bioavailable. Like the Difference between Morphine and Heroine, because of the simple Addition of the Acetyl to the Morphine, Heroine is just Acetyl-Morphine. Also like Alpha-GPC compared to Pure Choline. Choline is the actual Substance You want, but it is not Bioavailable, so if You take Alpha-GPC it will provide a more Bioavailable Form of Choline.

L-MethylFolate and the Newer one, are like Alpha-GPC but for Folate.

And there are actual Mental Health benefits, including Depression, but then another Strange one. There is actually a connection between some Forms of Schizophrenia and Hair Loss, here are the Studies:

So it actually adds Folate to Your Body in Psychoactive Levels. There is some kind of Science behind Schizophrenics having lower Folate Levels in their Blood.

But then also, this was brought up because of the Hair Loss Discussion. So just to end on that note, L-MethylFolate is good for Preventing Hair Loss, so much so that it also seems to be Preventative for Schizophrenia that develops with Hair Loss.

I Personally see this as all Connected to something that we can Identify in a Couple other Places and it actually gets Spiritual, First Jesus was 32-33 when he was Killed, he was kind of at his Peak at that Time. Something was Happening, to his Mind and the Connection he had to Humans around him, and the Tribes of People, the Temples, etc, and this is also kind of Identifiable in the Cesars who are kind of like Animals running around doing Things getting Support here and there for actions they have taken, all the while kind of putting together an Entire Empire under their Actions. This is kind of about Humans being the Apex Predator, the top of the Food Chain. And there is the Age of Majority, 18 or 21 in most Places, but then there is 30 something, when the Brain actually Solidifies and the Skull has those wavy Cracks in it. When Your Skull actually Settles. And the Founding Fathers Recognized it, they made it the Age Limit for Presidents, they have to be 35.

But then again, the Evidence that brought this up, is the Schizophrenia that Develops with Hair Loss. And I am saying I think that that is an Example also.

I am about to Start taking L-Methylfolate and Strontium and maybe some other “Dietary Supplements” and I am personally of the belief that saying “We don’t get enough Vitamins from our Food” is a VAST UNDERSTATEMENT, we should actually be Eating enough Vitamins to Feel Full, I’m saying we should Replace Food with Dietary Supplements. So in reality, Everyone should not just be taking some Health Pills with their Food, they should actually be Eating mostly Health Pills and helping it all digest by Eating a little Food with them. Sadly we can say that Currently Energy Drinks are the closest Thing in Popular Society, and Protein Shakes have evolved as well, this actually is all most Popular in the Bodybuilding Community; other than the kind of Homeopathic, Eastern Medicine Community, and like Health-Food Community.

That is expensive, and I understand that is not the Global Society we Live in. But I am going to be taking at least L-Methylfolate and Strontium, and I may add a Quartz based Substance, and I may add Chelated Minerals, I may add Arginine or Creatine, etc.

And I just wanted to Create a Thread to get into this Subject. I once Read a Comment about Salvia Divinorum, it was maybe 17 Years Ago, and it was on a Post that said that Salvia had Cured someone’s Heart Plaque, the Post was about how the Person had gone to Mexico and visited the Mazatec Natives, and Eaten 80 Raw Salvia Leaves, and had an experience where he was a Plant in the Garden of “Ska Pastora” (the Shepherdess) and She passed her hand through his Plant body and removed the Plaque… the Comment the followed was from an American Doctor and he said something like “With the American Diet being as bad as it is, it is Possible that 80 Leaves of any Plant could have Possibly had the same effect”… which is just something that even Doctors should be considering.
 
I am going to get more into what is my Philosophy about Health Supplements and I did not intend for the anecdote about Ska Pastora to be a kind of Metaphor for this Philosophy, but it is.

So I have Experience Growing Marijuana, and before that I grew Other Plants throughout my Childhood. My Mom was big into Eastern Medicine, like Homeopathic stuff, and NAET, and I had all kind of Acupuncture and Chiropracty done on me as a Child and through my Teenage Years. She raised us to know that Plants were Magic, and She was someone who Believed in the Power of Plants to Heal You, but She didn't necessarily connect that to the Alkaloids as I learned to around the age of 14. Around the Age of 14 I would go through Encyclopedias and look for all the Plants, see what was in them, and then go look up the Molecule in the same Encyclopedia, and eventually Wikipedia made all of that much Easier. She was one more to rely on a Book that would tell her what Plants did what, as well as Spell Books, we even went to New Orleans when I was about 15 and we stopped by the Voodoo/Vudu Queen's Grave and Things, and my Sister got a Tarot Deck, which was kind of a Continuation of a Childhood Practice where my Mom would call us into her Room to "add our Energy" to the Ouija Board. That's how I grew up, that's how I was Raised.

And so when I Started Growing Marijuana and Learned about all the Nutrients, and about how "Miracle Grow" isn't necessarily the Best, and saw images like this:

It taught me something that I will get into now. My Philosophy of Supplements.

We are like Plants.

We require certain Nutrients, and there are many that are missing, that basically Everyone is lacking. This is why I would say we Die at about Age 120 at the Oldest, it is because we do not properly Fertilize ourselves, to have Bodies that can go beyond that. And now that is Changing, even just with what used to be "Calisthenics" now being a Thing where 70 Years Old People can seem much Younger Sometimes, for example I have even seen Homeless People who are kind of Spry for their Age, because of what they have to go through, and the kind of Muscle Memory, and we could say Motor Skills, they retain from not getting Old sitting in a Rocking Chair.

The Best way to give a specific Example of this Philosophy is Foliar Feeding, Foliar Feeding is a term used to describe Spraying a Marijuana Plant with Nutrients so that it can absorb them through it's Leaves, and Stem, etc, and not just the Roots, You can "Feed" the Plant through its Foliage, its Leaves and whatnot. Humans are the same. The Nutrients that we can absorb through our Stomachs, can also be applied to the Skin, this is why Avocado, Honey and all kinds of Things are used in Face Masks to make People's Faces have a "Younger" look, it is because we are just like Plants, we can "Foliar Feed" through our Skin.

So this is how I look at these Supplements.

And that is why I decided to Start with Strontium (which Replaces Calcium in the Bone Structure of Humans) and L-Methylfolate, which makes Everything related to like "Follicles" better is the best way to think of it. It's Vitamin A, for Hair and Nails, or Skin, L-Methylfolate is just Really Great Vitamin A, Vitamin A is Folic Acid usually.

So we could also call this Thread a kind of Anti-Aging Thread. A Life-Extension Thread, that is what I am Writing here about, that is why I am getting into this Discussion about Supplements for Everyone, and my Philosophy is that like the Marijuana Plant, we can make ourselves better with the Proper Nutrition, and that is not just to say like "Eat Your Vegetables".

So here are the Other Supplements I have Ordered now, and I will be getting into for Everyone:

Lutein (For Eye Health, Vein Health, etc)
Astragalus Root Extract (Known to Improve DNA Health Markers, and Possibly extend Telomeres)
Amino Acids (like BCAAs) (Plants also need Amino Acids)
Chelated Minerals (Plants absorb Chelated Minerals better than Regular Minerals and so do People)
Arginine (This is part of Muscle Tissue)
Bamboo Extract (Silicate for Cells)
Carnosine (For Brain Health and known to be Studied for Life Extension)

I also Ordered a Homeopathic Allergy Medicine with a number of Plants and then Sulfur in it. And I intend to get some Clemastine which is an Allergy Medicine, but increases the amount of Glial Cells in the Brain. And I already have a "Super B-Complex" Vitamin which in each Tablet contains:
500mg of Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
13.5mg of dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E)
10mg of Thiamine (Vitamin B1)
10mg of Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)
100mg Niacinamide (Vitamin B3)
5mg Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6)
400mcg Folic Acid via 667mcg DFE (Vitamin A)
12mcg Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)
Biotin (Vitamin B7)
20mg Pantothenic Acid from d-Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5)
70mg Calcium from Calcium Carbonate
23.9mg Zinc from Zinc Oxide
3mg Copper from Cupric Sulfate

And that all basically makes it so the Body can Properly absorb other Things, You may have Heard that Vitamin C can make MDMA hit harder, that is the same concept. These Vitamins, and Vitamin C, prepare the way for other Things to be absorbed.

And I intend to use this as like Food, I will still Eat Food, but I have done this before where You can actually not be Hungry because of the number of Supplements You are Eating, and how it is actually like Food, it is ACTUALLY a Dietary Supplement, You could call it a Diet.
 
So Folate is Vitamin B9, I think that’s important to mention because I just was told that by the AI on Google Search. I don’t know why but I was always under the impression that Vitamin A was Folic Acid.

Folic Acid is B9, so I guess that would make L-Methylfolate Vitamin B9 also.

Mail that is being sent from CAD to the US will just not be picked up. It all has to be private delivery services now.
