Hi everyone,

New to this and and have a quick question. Is it normal for a money gram to not be picked up for a month or longer following delivery? It seems odd to me but I'm new to this and just want ed to get some other peoples take on this. Thanks in advance.

I can't say I have had this experience myself, MG's I send are picked up super fast. I take it you haven't received either? It will depend on the vendor obviously. I would contact them again. Any problems speak to one of the mods.

Edit, you have received?  Contact vendor to remind them then, they may have just forgotten.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I received. Everything was good and delivery was fast. I've had one other experience and the MG was picked up within an hour. I'll reach out like you suggest. Thanks.

That would definitely be the honest thing to do and I bet the vendor will really appreciate it because not everyone would do so.

That receiver may be unable to pick it up after so long a time and you may have to get MG to refund your money.

Yes,  I was thinking that myself 2earls. It can always be sent again if need be. I'd do the decent thing too.

Let is know how it goes too ougrad.

Wow. I wouldn't be surprised if you get rewarded for something like that. Most would just switch vendors and consider that vendor as having been taken. If they were good to you, dont bite the hand that feeds and I def hope they appreciate your honesty. My mind is semi blown. Lol. My MGs or WU get taken as quick as I am handed the receipt.  ;-)

This was my first experience with this vendor. Great experience overall. I sent an email about the MG not being picked up and will see what comes of it. I've only had one other experience and that one was picked up within the hour. Anyway I will update here once I hear back.

Got a response and the sender was very thankful for the reminder. As some guessed he forgot about it. They are going to send me a new receiver to resend. Thanks all for the advice.

That's good news, and hopefully won't be forgotten by the vendor.  Good show there.

MG for me is never longer than a few days. that was nice of u to remind vendor, did they already send? either way sounds like it worked out

  10. Professor_ @ Professor_: Hi Good Morning
  11. xenxra @ xenxra: I've opened a case with numerous exchanges at this point to monitor all the addresses I have on hand but after a lot of bakc and forth they all ultimately suggest I file a report with local PD but the people in my area are generally definitely not savvy enough to handle a case like this so I'd be left waiting around for them.to pass my case upto secret service or something
  12. xenxra @ xenxra: not a bad idea, I'm open to anything. problem is I don't really have a direct method of contact with the attacker. they used a VPN with a Google voice number to reach me.bc my number was leaked in a data breach (like 10 times at this point) and then the rest of the ordeal was carried out through a falsified coinbase front-end. atm I'm mostly just concerned with getting any phone numbers I have on hand suspended (done) and as many addresses as possible frozen (in progress)
  13. uncharted @ uncharted: @xenxra It's not the best advice but you could alway's bind a RAT to PDF file and send them an email from a differnt email posing as a lawyer/or some authority figure from a saying someting about sueing/fake affidavit or anything you can think that would make them scared/curious/greedy enough to open it and then drain their crypto or find out who it is and pinpoint their location and file charges. Just brainstorming.
  14. xenxra @ xenxra: appreciate the kind words everyone. I think I'll make it. if I can even just so much as manage to get one of these guys locked up with the trail.i have on them then I can sit well with that. based on a couple addresses I've come across they've taken at least $5mil total from other victims.
  15. T @ timyboy: BTC is soaring woohoo
  16. K @ knofflebon: @xenxra fuuuuuuuck I'm so sorry to hear that, goddamn. Crypto scammers are getting so sophisticated these days. Here's hoping this won't keep you down for too long, painful though it may be.
