Think I lost my status of Saphire after I changed username. Need assistance.

I spent $30 and got $21 and sent into here for donation.  Had my status of Saphire for 1 week and had Admin change my username and now

my Saphire staus is gone.  Would like changed ASAP as I have time now to check out site.

I just donated not more then 2 weeks ago.  Now no moderator or admin seems to be around or they are ignoring me.

 
Please MCSEMD do not say that we ignoring you that is bad, its very hard for a Moderator or Administrator to be online 24 hours a day.

I have changed your username on your request and indeed i forgot to update your sponsorship again.

All fixed now.

 
Ok Admin.  I understand, time is short for  lot of people now.  So it seems.  After being ripped off 4 times recently, even by some so called friends and needing something bad is getting hard to deal with.  I hope you can kind of understand me being new.  The flustration was getting high.  I hope we can start off on a new slate, so to speak.  Peace
