Imagine you're given the recipe for the world's best cake.

You use everything that the recipe calls for...

The exact amount of flour…

The exact amount of sugar...

The exact number of eggs...

The exact amount of butter...

But since you want the cake to be done faster...

You turn the temperature of the oven way up, and bake the cake for half the recommended time.

What do you think is going to happen?

The cake is going to be ruined.

No matter what you did to make sure you perfected the cake, you can't make the process go any faster...

The cake has to bake.

Time is a part of the recipe...

It's no different than your success in life.

Even if you execute perfectly today...

Which you SHOULD...

Success still takes time.

There's only two reasons why you aren't where you want to be right now...

1. You are following the wrong plan.

2. You haven't been following the right plan for long enough.

Keep showing up.

Keep running your play.

Keep pursuing your goals aggressively.

But understand that no matter what you do today...

Results are not coming tomorrow.

If you execute every day...

Everything will materialize in due time.
