Self confidence is misunderstood.
self confidence comes from the growth of character from intense struggle.
in comes from finding the will and the desire to push on when you are facing tortuous pain.
the majority of people live in your little comfort zones, never wanting to put your little ego in harms way. The idea of failure completely crushes you.
you are handcuffed to a normality lifestyle because your brian has been trained to find the path of the easiest resistance.
you must get through the muddy deep waters of life to get to the higher ground.
you will never build real self confidence going about the days the way you are
1.) think the unthinkable
2.) find your fears, face them and conquer them
3.) Put yourself in horrific positions that will cause pain and failure
4.) in these moments true character and confidence is built
