Tram and DHC?

Hoping the community can answer this for me:

I have been taking DHC regularly for months and just obtained tram for the first  time.  Should I avoid overlapping doses?

It depends, you usually shouldn't take both as you probably know, but I'd use the one that works best for your condition.

I have read about tram and risk of seizure; didn't know if anyone else here had ever taken both at the same time.

i waited until my last dose of t wore off b4 I had my d that helps me to sleep best.

Worked.

Hate to over medicate really...can make me feel really crappy.

I have taken them both at the same time and all it did was add more sedation to the mix.

If your not looking for the "over medicated" feel I'd just keep doing what your doing.

I take both, and most of the time I avoid taking them at exactly the same time, although most nights I take around 120mg of DHC with 50mg of tr@m and 3-4 grams of kratom with no problems, although I have a high tolerance. I'd say you should only combine them with the intention of reducing the dose of both, if that makes sense.

As far as seizure risk goes, I have a low seizure threshold and have had 10+ seizures in the last 8 or 9 months, but I have not had an issue with tr@m and DHC (the issue has been tr@m/DHC + lyrica).

But, just to be awkward and contradict what I've just been saying, I'd avoid it if you feel able to.

I have taken both together and they potentiated each other.  Try it at home first.  My advice to you though, would be to let the tram alone if you feel the urge to take extra.  Just MHO, don't want to see anything bad happen.  Also if you are anti depressants with it, be very careful of seratonin syndrome or seizures.

much love to you!
