Hi all!

Joined about a month ago but has only been reading and not actually posted anything until now. At this rate, I feel confident I can avoid most newbie blunders.

Until recently, I had a fantastic doctor in the US whom I trusted and felt helped by. Then, I moved to Europe, Scandinavia to be precise, which could as well have been the Soviet Union considering even melatonin is presciption (not to mention, one acquaintance claims to have paid $70 for it) and the only thing they will provide for anxiety is Benadryl (also prescription).

My American ADHD diagnosis was rendered "not valid" which means I have to go through a process that can take up to a year meeting with different shrinks and nurses with no relevant influence or proper knowedge whatsoever. To put it short, in my current situation I am very upset.

I spent the last 6+ months trying nearly every OTC vitamin, amino acid, herbal treatment and nootropic only to conclude that "wow, with all the money I spent on stuff that did little to nothing, I shoulda just went underground already." So here I am.

The silver lining, I guess, is that though I am inexperienced with the forum, I know a lot about regular supplements (and to some extent research chemicals) which sometimes CAN be just as good as a script... just not always. Either way, I'm happy to serve as a go-to guide regarding those things, in return for everything I learn from you on this forum.

Looking forward to be part of the team! : )

  5. Mom&PopShop @ Mom&PopShop: I'm trying to remember what the texture was like.. I know it came in a pouch like chewing tobacco. I remember it being cut up in strips like shredded chewing tobacco too, was that the case???

  11. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Don’t message people about things like veterinary care without taking care to mind the rules you two crazy nuts. More at stake than getting bad info or scammed, there’s predators out there looking for bigger fish and will step on a guppy to get to them. Fishing expeditions aren’t just for private citizens enjoying a calm weekend exploring the lake for a fish hookup. Offish of offishial fishing investigations may be looking for the best fishing hole and scare off the big
