Workout 1:
1) Warmup: 400 yard jog
2) 20x40 yard sprints: Sprint 40 yards, walk back to start: Do 20 crunches, repeat
3) 10x80 yard sprints: Sprint 80 yards, walk back to start: Do 30 pushups, repeat
4) 8x100 yard sprints: Sprint 100 yards, 30 seconds rest: Repeat
Workout 2:
1) Warmup: 800 yard jog
2) 16x100 yard sprints: 40 seconds rest between
3) 40x40 yard sprints: 20 seconds rest between
4) 4x400 yard gassers: 2 minutes rest between
