OK, this was valid 6 months ago, if new methods have come out and made this not valid please comment but has worked fine for me, freeze a clear sample, defrost and use as needed, use microwave to defrost keep the sample at room temperature or warm as poss while u see the clinician or support worker, good for opiates and bzs.

Just don't use the substance before the test. If you slip and use within the time frame of it showing drink the shit outta water before the UA until your piss is clear as water and you'll pass. lol I did that joining the army as instructed by my recruiter.
