US Domestic Diclaz?

Anyone know who offers US domestic diclazepam?  Powder is preferable to liquid is acceptable.  I've checked all verified RC vendors, found 2 but neither domestic.

Anyone?

Can vouch for Albion Kimiya as well. The rules are pretty strict but just read carefully.
