Strange situation - package has disappeared from the system.

The package was shipped from the original destination, and last night it had arrived at a large distribution center. Today, rather then getting an update that has arrived at the next local distribution or is out for delivery, there is a notice that the package is "not found" and no tracking information is available. Is there reason for concern or just a system glitch? This was a domestic shipment.

Turns out it was just a temporary glitch in the system. As Emily Litella (Gilda Radner, RIP) would say in her sing song intonation, "Never Mind!!" Peace out.

Thank you for updating us. It's important that we all know of any odd or irregular shipping notices. I waited for you to updated us cause I figured it was a glitch.

And it's the holidays. Be aware of the extra volume and temp employees that can mess things up.

I think there are a lot of errors these days with the ps. I just had a tracking # that stated "undeliverable as addressed". It was my address and my name and I was in a panic. How could it be undeliverable with the correct address? Turns out instead of it being an actual undeliverable address situation, it was mistakenly put on the wrong truck and was delivered the next day. I kept thinking it would be returned before I could find out what was going on, but just another one of those glitches we have to deal with!

I just found out that UPS and FedEx have the right to open your mail I never new that and my hubby is a attorney I knew the usps cant but I thought that was for them also wow yea usps is the way to go.
