I know its not Vins fault, Im just curious -

Has Anyone ever seen their package go through, and out of the city, end up very close to you, only to go all the way back to and around the city.
This time ending up at an Internation distrubition center which I dislike the sound of.

Please let me know if anyone has ever seen this before and what to expect? Another circle? kiss goodbye?
