I cannot vouch for any vendor on either list, but I found an archive of the (now banned by Reddit) old Subreddit r/RCsources. The list was vetted by Redditors, calls out scammers or questionable sites:

Yeah quite a few of those are all defunct now.

True, but there's a lot that are up and running. Anyone have any experience with rechem.ca? They sell some very rare research materials.

Iirc they have a very strict verification process, some of their products they cant send to the US and is a bit pricey.

I wouldn't touch any of those vendors with your money lol.....IMO
