Hi Amy, my advice would be to have a look over the rules and perhaps the quoted info for new members thread, they can explain a lot. We have vendors listed in various sections, you can find contact details in first or second post usually. Fire a few emails off for a menu or two and see what is useful for you. Welcome also! ☺
