i want to share my recent experience with a vendor named ROIBUSINESS so other people can be aware.
I placed an order and paid for 14g of product. The package arrived on Monday around 2 PM. I didn’t open it immediately because I was working, so it stayed sealed for two days.
On Wednesday morning when I had time off, I recorded myself opening the package and took photos of the entire process. As soon as I opened it, I noticed the quantity didn’t look like what I ordered. I then weighed it on a scale and it came out to 4g total, meaning the order was short by 10g.
I immediately contacted the vendor and sent all the photos and proof right away. I did not use or touch any of the product beyond weighing it.
Instead of reviewing the evidence and working toward a solution, the vendor repeatedly responded that it was “impossible” and that they “always check multiple times before sending.” They also claimed they don’t send smaller quantities of that item.
However, the fact remains that I paid for 14g and received 4g. Mistakes can happen in any business packing errors, scale issues, or miscounts but what matters is how the vendor handles the situation afterward.
At this point the vendor is continuing to deny that a mistake could have happened despite the evidence provided.
I’m posting this so others can be aware and decide for themselves. If ROIBUSINESS chooses to correct the order or resolve the issue, I will gladly update this post, but not looking like likely because they’re just claiming ignorance and that I am incorrect. Even with visual proof.
