What do you use for dystonia/muscle rigidity ?

anyone else here w dystonia ? what muscle relaxants do u like?? i tried baclofen and cyclobenzaprine and they don’t work for me. i made a post about orphenadrine not working for me a month ago but it does now so i like it. i just can’t take it with vyvanse or i feel fucked up. also makes my heart rate really low for some reason. it’s still probably the best muscle relaxant i’ve tried. anyway what works for u?
