What should I look for to manage my immflamuation?

I've talked to doctors. I've changed my diet. I've been working on my posture. Now I'm convinced I have some sort of inflammation that gets bad when I get stressed out. My knees feel achy. My teeth become sensitive and I can't do anything. I feel horrible. I have prescription Adderall which helps with the symptoms, but I don't think I have ADHD. So taking it to treat my pain isn't the right thing. Can someone please recommend me something to try?

@flow3r  Kratom is a great anti-inflammatory which does not carry all the side effects of prescription opiates or NSAIDS.   Used at low doses and only when needed,  it is pretty fantastic.   Prescription meds are actually pro-inflammatory, especially when taken over a long period of time.  Ex its been shown that daily, longterm opiate use causes widespread inflammation and lowers your immune system.  Ideally (and yeah I know its easier said than done) a diet of mostly vegetables, green tea, intermittent fasting and low-dose kratom should fix you right up.   And the adderall is likely making your symptoms way worse  ;)

Thanks! I have never heard of Kratom before. I'm about to look into it now. Can you let me know what "low" dosage is? Addy can definitely make the inflammation because I tend to forget to hydrate and stay focused staring at a screen for a long time!

@flow3r  2-3 grams of kratom is an ideal dose for inflammatory type issues.   No more than every 4 hours.  Buy a regular powder strain (not concentrate, "OG" or other nonsense)
