Also to very briefly answer your question regarding the difference between Tren A E and Hex it's ester and half life and it comes down to mostly personal preference. I wouldn't say Hex is better it has a different half life and potency through that (hence the lower mg) than tren ace which is my preference because of the shorter half life which means if I'm suffering from any bad sides from it I can stop it and it'll be out my system quicker. Some react better to eth some to ace some to hex or a tri blend which is option 4. And when and where to implement them depends on what stage of pre contest you are at.  I can go into far greater detail if you'd like me to put a no bs article together about them.
