whats the deal with money gram

So idk if you guys have had the same issue but I couldnt send a money gram to L€O. I know he's a reputable vendor but they asked me all kinds of fucking questions about how I know him and stuff. I said family member that I'm sending Xmas money to him and they still denied me. Idk how much you guys can do...still haven't gotten a response from the vendor yet. Other than other payment options that require more info than I have...like an address and shit. This is my first Mex ven, am I doing something wrong?
