I know from reading around that Google Chrome if logged into an account or some will send all the browser info to google. I also read that Microsoft Edge browser sends all the browser info to Microsoft.
Is Mozilla Firefox the only fairly private browser or are there other options than T0r Br0wser and the 2 alternatives I mentioned?
@DoomKitty As 2earls & I mentioned in the chatbox to a new user here. Is that your a user with a lot of knowledge I wondered what your opinion on this subject would be?
@porkandbeansboy I dont really keep up with new browsers or build/forks, so others will have way better info than me. I mainly use Firefox tricked out a lot with some extensions and lots of about:config adjustments and multiple containers, etc. I cant even remember what all ive done at this point. I know some people prefer Librewolf which is a Firefox fork that has better privacy settings out-of-box so much better for users uncomfortable with changing settings or going into about:config stuff. And people also really like Brave, tho some are uncomfortable with them over their focus on their own crypto and how once they did url hijacking (or similar) for their crypto, which was actually rather benign and was in their source code which was open source, but still felt icky and profit driven. I used to use multiple browsers, each with a different focus, but i stopped that. I use Tor Browser usually for any website that has a Tor site option. If it doesnt have a Tor site, i dont do it over Tor. Hopefully others will chime in with their knowledges
Thanks for sharing your opinion @DoomKitty. I'd use tor browser except I'm worried that in my small town my ISP might notice I'm using it. I'm paranoid that will cause my orders to my town more likely to be seized which is highly unlikely yet still.
All I know is the tor browser is getting a lot of bad attention for reasons that might cause some ISP to search for it and flag any user who uses it.
I use multiple browsers & Tor Browser when I require to for specific things. I'm considering using it for Facebook Onion link for example.

UessPess tracking is agonizingly stupid 😬 😥

Agreed, apologies all. But at the same time I’ve seen articles about spray bottles that are very expensive. Paying more for less when it comes down to it. I think we should help each other out , but this may not be the spot to discuss this topic, you’re right about that
N@necromedic:
@ochemdim : definitely will. I feel like we should have started a thread about this. Apologies, @Admin if this was improper use of the box. Please purge, if necessary.
O@ochemdim:
@necromedic ah ok interesting! Let me know what the researchers find out. The hypothesis makes sense, only thing I’d be wary of is the irritability of VG, and keep in mind, when VG and HCł are mixed, chlorôhýdrín is produced which is very irritating but that’d have to be pretty strong HÇł I believe and just washing before hand will rid the excess HÇł
N@necromedic:
@ochemdim : anecdotally, especially with the way other people have prepared them with just distilled H2O and maybe EtOH or BA for sterility, I would definitely agree, and I’ve wondered if that it’s due to the speed of drainage with such a low weight solvent. That’s why I’ve experimented with adding VG to increase viscosity to let it hang in the NM a little longer. Possibly more diffusion/osmotic pressure with a dry vs hydrated medium?
O@ochemdim:
@Royboy88, @Layne_Cobain, @necromedic in a couple research papers I’ve read, they always found that the sprays had lower absorption rates compared to traditional. I could be wrong but I’d research it if I were doing a study and needed references
L@Layne_Cobain:
@Royboy99 never got to try one of those saline sprays but a snuff bullet is a great compromise love mine Amazon has good ones for cheap
N@necromedic:
@Royboy99: I’ve just held on to one, rinse it with EtOH and refill with saline and VG. You can find the devices, dirt cheap, on a lot of sites.
