If your abs are no longer visible AT ALL then thats too high. That is about as high as i will go. I tend to like to keep it within a range where all muscle groups are clearly visible (say 9-12%), but i will push the calories to the previously mentioned point if necessary.....but not for long and il back it right back down with a reset.
