Ezekial takes too much maintenance to sustain (freezing, frequent purchase). Id rather buy 6 loaves of white bread (i am OCD and overdo everything lol i also buy like 8 boxes of grits and cream of rice at a time and 300 water bottles at a time) and just have it sit and be easy access. I am honest and you asked lol

Whites i use Mio to flavor. Sometimes a scoop of protein to flavor or elevate protein content. Other times il use choco syrup lol NEVER drink it straight
