Who Offers NEP

I see tons of posts going back months on r/researchchemicals about NEP to the point it appears NEP is flooding the market. However, I've checked most major players on and off DBG, and don't see anyone offering NEP.

Anyone know where they are getting NEP or is there another analog getting passed off as NEP?
