GO SEE IT!!!

I went into this movie with low expectations but I was blown away. Aside from the ample amounts of sex, drugs, and money (which I appreciated) it was a really good story with great actors. It was 3 hours long but didn't seem like it because I was LMAO the whole time, for sure the best movie I saw in 2013.

The amount of quaaludes consumed in that movie is crazy! makes me wish those were still around to try one

This movie is so over-the-top that it's hard to watch sometimes.  It's Scorsese and Dicaprio though so it's also genius.  Highly entertaining and hilarious.  I am glad to see Scorsese branching out into family movies (Hugo) and comedies.

Watched it last night, MM.  Blown away.

I, like you, went in with low expectations, but found I only left my seat once the entire 3 hours.  Mesmerizing fun.

I'm not a much of a movie watcher but if MMike recommends it, it must be good right?

Maybe I'll look for it on PPV or Netflix.

Yes, I must say that one was really fun to watch from the comfort of my own home with the right "atmosphere" - I could see doing it again  /default_wink.png

One of my all time favorites. Leonardo DiCaprio should’ve won a Grammy for this one.

I love this movie. I wish I hadn't missed out on the quaaludes. I'm sure I'd have loved them.

  5. N @ necromedic: It was, indeed, and very soft. Would almost flow through your hands on a hot day.
  6. Mom&PopShop @ Mom&PopShop: I'm trying to remember what the texture was like.. I know it came in a pouch like chewing tobacco. I remember it being cut up in strips like shredded chewing tobacco too, was that the case???

  12. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Don’t message people about things like veterinary care without taking care to mind the rules you two crazy nuts. More at stake than getting bad info or scammed, there’s predators out there looking for bigger fish and will step on a guppy to get to them. Fishing expeditions aren’t just for private citizens enjoying a calm weekend exploring the lake for a fish hookup. Offish of offishial fishing investigations may be looking for the best fishing hole and scare off the big
  13. xenxra xenxra: what do you mean "what happened to it"? it's sitting at the store on the bubblegum rack like it always has
  14. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: What happened to Big League Chew? That was some mighty fine chewing gum. I personally never had any, but I think of it often.
