*Woman Special* 10 Diet Mistakes

@Hammerblow   I appreciate your time and help, but I'm going to hold back on that idea for now because my phsych just switch all my meds,  Including the 3ffexor, which I have read has terrible wd's.  I think I need to focus on healing on that first.  But will definitely be the first person to come to when I need help..  Thank you for being so kind!
