Hi, I sent WU yesterday in person. When I tracked it, it said it was ready for pickup last night. Tonight, when tracking it to see if it was picked up, it says this....
The refund has been processed. If the sender has not picked up the refund yet, they should call us at 1-800-***-**** and have their tracking number (MTCN) ready.
Has anyone had this happen before or know what it means? Thank you in advance.
