WU Issue.... Please help.

Hi, I sent WU yesterday in person. When I tracked it, it said it was ready for pickup last night. Tonight, when tracking it to see if it was picked up, it says this....

The refund has been processed. If the sender has not picked up the refund yet, they should call us at 1-800-***-**** and have their tracking number (MTCN) ready.

 

Has anyone had this happen before or know what it means?  Thank you in advance.

It means you should switch to bitcoin

Ok, actually, I think it means the receiver did not pick it up and you're getting a refund, along with a number for the receiver to call if there are questions or if they eventually do show up.

But you should still switch to bitcoin. This won't be your last problem with WU and they will sooner or later cut you off.
