Sorry to hear that. When Serenity went offline, a lot of us were working as quickly as possible to find alternative vendors before our reserves ran out.
I had heard a few people vouch for Wuzabbi on here and on Reddit. After I placed an order (it was around $300 so not a huge loss), I did further digging and realized that most of the mentions on Reddit were from these forums.
I did a bit more digging and realized it was not a good call on my part and I should have done more due diligence.
I am actually putting together an "anti-scam" FAQ for these forums in the hopes that it prevents others from getting scammed. Some of us can take a few hundred loss with little to no issues. Others on here might have the same loss devastate them and then they're in withdrawals and making more poor decisions.
I am a firm believer in karma so I don't really sweat it too much. People who are dishonest and hurt / scam others will eventually get what is coming to them. They're disgusting human beings that bring absolutely no value whatsoever to society.
A decent vendor can easily make $10-20k a week selling ODSMT. For most states, it isn't even "illegal" but they can still be harassed by law enforcement. Serenity was most likely a victim of their own success -- they just took on too many clients. A vendor could fairly easily maintain their shop indefinitely if they choose to limit the number of clients they take on. My guess is Serenity was pushing the limits and probably going beyond 25k a week in sales. A smaller vendor that only takes on larger clients and restricts sales to one pack a month can take in $5k a week comfortably -- that's a quarter million.
I have no idea how long ODSMT will remain legal in most states, but when I think of shops like Serenity, I'm almost willing to bet the IRS hit them more than FBI / local law enforcement. Even if you are selling illegal stuff, the IRS will still want its cut.
Sorry I'm rambling -- scammers are bad.
