I was trying use Xoom today and I was denied.  It was only my 2nd time using it.  Then I went online to MG and was denied there.  Are there limits that you can send online?  I was so disappointed :)

Does anyone have suggestions on a full proof way?  I live in a very small community so I am trying not to go to the locations often.

That happened because receiver was flagged.   Yesterday was my first time using xoom.THey cancelled my trans. and banned me. They told me that the receiver was being used for........  welll yup, you got it!  I am angry that the source would put any customer in that position.  Now I am worried about any name, from any vendor causing me to lose my last option to make money transfers.

Has anyone had receiver not pickup funds? I got a notice that transaction was cancelled. But it didn't say if funds are sent back to me or what. Anyone know?

Just to reply if the Transaction is cancelled (which has happened to me once because of the vendor) They send you the money back. Watch Western Union though, I cancelled an order and asked for a refund, a week later they decided to charge my Credit Card, (they didn't write it down correctly..that was their excuse) Western Union did this to me-not a vendor etc (this was for business supplies I get for cost in the UK) So I had to wait for Western Union to put it back AGAIN.

Xoom is a company that lived (or still lives) from riding on funds.
A company which job is to wire funds has to respect financial laws,

but wtf cares who the receiver is?

Do they refuse when I try to send funds to a pal sitting in jail?

A money-transferring-company bannes someone? LOL

Its simply a bad service provider. Stay away as much as you can!!!
Isn't Xoom owned by paypal? More stringent with their business dealings.

My first time using Xoom today and it was a bad receiver, I was Banned. I run my own business and Paypal gets a TON of money from me, they love to 'HOLD' funds. But I've also had my Debit Card that is issued thru Paypal get charged when It should not have been and Paypal gives me the money While they do the dispute instead of making me wait, but this is after a couple years of them getting fees from my invoices. I'm slightly upset that I got a bad receiver but the Vendor is Worth it. I thought Bitcoin was really hard to figure out but then I used Coinbase and I'm all for Bitcoin!

Do our Sy guys take Bitcoin?  Is it different than the Xoom, WU, MG and such?  I think I have been blacklisted by MG :(   I now can't sign into my account.

Very frustrating to be banned from MG. The customer services are all Indian speaking reps with automated/ generic responses equally useless. Tried Xoom and it worked with a debit card. The only issue now is the vendor, who mentioned Xoom as an option from MG, WU. There is no reference number only a transaction number in Xoom. Nevertheless, it is exhausting trying to convey that to the source. Fucking mental midget is putting it lightly!! If anyone has similar problem(s) lmk.

  10. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Don’t message people about things like veterinary care without taking care to mind the rules you two crazy nuts. More at stake than getting bad info or scammed, there’s predators out there looking for bigger fish and will step on a guppy to get to them. Fishing expeditions aren’t just for private citizens enjoying a calm weekend exploring the lake for a fish hookup. Offish of offishial fishing investigations may be looking for the best fishing hole and scare off the big
  11. xenxra @ xenxra: what do you mean "what happened to it"? it's sitting at the store on the bubblegum rack like it always has
