Hi everyone. Another Newbie here who spent years of reading everyone else's posts. I have to admit, like many many others, I would have been lost if it wasn't for everyone here's time and effort writing updates and suggestions for one another. Since i've been using IOPs (mostly for ADHD/anxiety related issues) for nearly 4 years and ran into all the good and the bad i figure I now have enough experience to justify contributing my time here.  Thanks, Hi & I hope everyone is doing as well!.   - Bill
