Your package has been delayed by Customs or other Govt Agency

I wasn't sure which board I should use to post this so I apologize for putting it in more than one spot but I'm a bit freaked out.  

I made my payment via CIM.  A day later I was emailed an incorrect tracking number.

I emailed to let them know the tracking number was faulty and received an apology.  Then I was sent a new tracking number and tried to remain patient.

All of that happened last week but just a couple hours ago I realized that a few days has passed and nothing has arrived. I checked tracking and just saw this message:

"Your package has been delayed by Customs or other Government Agency"

Yikes!  Anyone have any advice? ?

FYI, this all occurred within the US.  There were no international borders to cross so that's why I'm confused why customs or govt agency would be involved.

 
I'm going to follow this. ******* security per ****** has my letter. Again all within the borders. Wonder if it's a ll or I'm in trouble.
