Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows how Roxycodone compares with Hydrocodone? Is one 30mg Roxy equivalent to 3 10mg Hydrocodones? or is the 30 mg Roxy still more potent than the 3 hydros?

My personal opinion, which everyone may have a different outlook is 1 is still stronger than 3 and try to watch your spelling out the names we dont want this stuff to show up on google that is why we try to use slangs

I am new here but wanted to be social and maybe try to help if I can. I would be more cautious with the 3 due to they have more Tynol, not healthy for liver better to take one than 3. Hope that can help out ?

There are a lot of opioid conversion charts and calculators online but if I remember correctly 0xy is 1.6 time stronger than hydr0x, mg for mg.  Of course patient tolerance and daily dosage is important when calculating/comparing equivalent doses of opioids.

So you think 20 RC 30s would be more bang for your buck than 60 vic 10s?

They both come out to be 600 total mg. but you would be getting about 1/3 more opiate going with the RC because they are slightly stronger (1.6 times), but if your tolerance is already high I don't think you'll notice much difference.

And the RC do not contain the Tylenol but some patients claim that combining Tylenol with the opiate helps with the pain  Plus if you take a lot for along time the Tylenol is bad for your liver.  I believe the recommended limit is 3500 mg per day which is almost 11 tabs of 10/325 vic.
