I've seen a shortage across the industry day to day from a few folks. Seems demand is surpassing supply again.

With this many great reviews who wouldn't want to get ahold of this gentleman. But totally understand if that's how he feels. All it takes is one weak link.

Alex is accepting new customers. If you already sent an email saying that you are a DBG member and haven't heard back in a couple days, try another email. I know he's a busy guy who gives priority to existing clients, but keep trying.

Donation sent 1/14 ON requested and paid for

1/15 Little white Vikings tumbled out of the parcel Gee Oh Free Sephens and a couple of M Free Sicks Sephens.  

Alex is unbelievable.  Prompt emails, questions answered and the package appears.   I got a little ahead of myself last week so I had the parcel Overnighted.  28 hour turnaround.  Simply awesome.   I will try to plan better so I don't have to pay for the ON but its a nice option to have when you shoot yourself in the foot.   

The Vikings were not on the initial menu but they were available when requested.  He also mentioned that the pErKolaytors would be returning shortly.  Alex is a cool dude.

Rec'd 1.15 at 10:15--less than 24 hours start to finish.

As always--great communication, no drama (unless you count a couple of family stories & jokes  ) & an absolutely perfect order, above & beyond. As someone else said upthread, not much else you can ask for.  I do try to have a backup in case something happens (I hope he never retires!) but as long as Alex is going strong, I just don't see much reason to use anyone else. He's amazing. I know I sound like a cheerleader, but that's how I feel!  lol....and I actually WAS a cheerleader!

I'm always impressed with Alex and how consistent he is with communication, delivery and all around service. He really was exceptionally awesome with my most recent order.

Contacted him 1/17 for receiver info. He responded within a couple hours.

Placed 1/2 order purple footballs w/2nd day delivery before cutoff 1/18.

He responded immediately and told me he was out and would 2 mg bars be ok. I said sure.

Sent tracking number by 7 p.m. When I checked it, I realized it was for next day!

Delivered by 9:30 a.m. 1/19. When I counted them I noticed he even threw in a few extras.

Sent him a thank you email and he replied there was nothing to thank him for.

Another fantastic experience!!! He really can't be beat for service, reliability and consistency. Plus, he's the only SY vendor I've found that will take half orders. This is so important when you're strapped for funds.

Just to be clear, you got 1/2 the amount of the purp f-balls ordered in the form of 2 millie ladders or did you get the correct quant. but 1mg ladders instead of f-balls? I didn't even think they made the latter. I mean how would you tell the diff since none of his sticks are marked. Just making sure I didn't get "small" sticks. Thanks in advanc!! P4w
