How do we contact Alex? I am dying to know. I would be very appreciative. I've been through a lot, been scammed out of $440 :(   I really need someone like Alex. Please help me.

@Suzyqalp, one thing we heavily discourage is members from asking for vendor details via PM, it's an easy way to get scammed. Also, this vendor has went private, though there are alternatives in this section and others where you will find contact details in first or second post. I'd recommend the other sections for what you are looking for however.

I'm sorry. I will never ask to be pm'ed again. I am still very upset about yesterday.  Was reading the great reviews on Alex and the turn around time and got excited. Again I am sorry. I am in a predicament where I cannot wait 7-10 days for an order. Thanks for all your help PTFC.

Check out other vendors in this section if speed is of the essence @Suzyqalp, also a Dr in the email section is very fast.

In the last two months I've had 3 successful orders with Alex, one was even a pinch timing order. He's delivered as promised every time, as always. 

 
This was my first time working with Alex and overall I give him an A+. Great communication. Got the correct product on the correct date. Can't ask for more from an SY

8.8 - funds sent past cut off but was told I would receive a TN early the next day

8.9 - TN received way earlier than I would have expected

8.10 - correct product / count received albeit much later than I would have expected. The cheaper 'next day' option is terrible. I remember when next day meant before noon. Now i'm lucky if it arrives before the sun sets (but obviously that has nothing to do with Alex just an aside)

My 1st order with him I paid for overnight and instead of a tracking # My letter was delayed but delivered perfect around noon.  Guess this is my go 2 guy now, he was very sorry about the mishap and said he'll make it up next time, and I believe him. V@leREEz by roche

 
Ordered 8/11 before cutoff cause i don't like the Sat. Delivery here. Great communication as always. Was delayed a day, A said he needed the day and his service is always 100% so no prob in my book. 

Received 8/15. A+ quality rock climbing gear. 

Not sure if he's still taking new folks. I use the older email but can't hurt to shoot a polite email (new email) and ask him. Great guy!

 
@Shadybird A is taking new customers.  His email is on the top of this page.  Make sure you do your reading a few pages back on each vendor so you can make an informed decision on who to order with.  It's good to identify yourself as a DBG member in your email.

As anyone knows Alex had some problems on Friday. His driver had a car accident amongst other problems that I can't address on this thread due to his privacy. He can not do overnight deliveries but assured me that anyone that placed an order on Friday, that we will receive. But is not doing overnight for the time being. I love and trust Alex and he has been in contact with me all weekend reassuring me it will be ok. Let this be a warning not to place orders at the last minute if you are out of stock. Sometimes things happen beyond his control. This is just one of those times but he's working hard to make sure we will all will receive ASAP. He felt really bad and I told him we all know how hard he works for us and helps us! He wrote back:







 you dont know how important and how you changed my mood with your words, sometimes people just need a "good job" to keep going :) THANK YOU VERY MUCH
