How long should I wait before emailing them about an order once I placed it and it hasn't finished processing? I placed an order on Thursday and it still says processing. It's my second attempt actual since the card I original used to place the order didn't work for international purchases so really I've been trying since August 6th. Do they processes orders over the weekend? I reordered with a netspend card like recommended, is there a chance that card would not work as well? I don't want to be pushy because I don't know what their typical turn around is but this is the first order I've placed with anyone since my usual vendor has been blacklisted so I'm very anxious. I know I'm all over the place here but like I stated I'm very anxious and looking forward to what this vendor has to offer.
