i forgot the average timeframe for mail delivery from EU to US, i was so used to the summer time , being 10days , whats the timeframe suppose to be again 10-14days, 21days tops? right?

I got reply from Z yesterday, was advised Z was busy but will  pick up next week and ......i am still waiting on one that was sent around the middle of the month, Summer time was so fast with mail, fall-winter mail slows down so much holiday crap going in our mail system

 
I think it's fair to say communication isn't a strong point here as it never has, especially as his customer base has grown , BUT, delivery seems to be guaranteed time and time again. The reviews keep coming in! I wouldn't be too concerned, those of you waiting. 

 
Zone has a been a lil slower than usual lately processing orders. Think my donation was collected Wednesday and he mailed me letting me know he will be posting on Monday.  I know he doesn't do business over the weekend. Guess he's just busy atm

 
I suppose. But an email back to paid customers would be nice for some reassurance. His customer service has always been great but I donated Sunday and haven't heard back since. Zone is hands down the best but some sort of reply would be nice. Been doing business with him/her since they began. 

 
I agree @Def_Starr, we'll worry about things if deliveries ever slow down. I believe he works quite hard, and his delivery times are satisfactory for nearly everyone. Looking forward to the reviews, so we'll concentrate on them and direct questions. ☺

 
Received today

14day turnaround as always within 10-14days, it was really here yestereday, but p.o was closed, but i saw it appear my my dashboard. if you want to know how to track it in the us, read my post earlier , its somewhere i explained :)

Folks, enough with the talk of worst case scenarios, communication issues that have been discussed from almost day one and posting shipping dates before receipt and so forth, this thread is becoming a mess. I'd like the next post to be a review or a direct question, thread bans will be handed out and you know how I dislike that. 

 
Received today - all in good order. Zone picked up money about a week ago - (began to get a little concerned after reading some of the posts here, I must admit) however, my understanding is that they have been extremely busy after the holiday so are catching up. This explains the slightly longer turnaround - stay patient & polite, they are probably up to their eyeballs! All is well here. Zone still highly recommended without a doubt. Peace 

 
this is far from a dig an sorry if taken that way...

we have to remember these guys have lives, an their ship probably takes up a lot of their time. i will 100 percent vouch for zone. contact can be slow at times but that refers back to my original comment, dont let a few posts from members that ordered today an expected it yesterday put u off . hes never let me down?

I would say Sanval are great. They are a well known brand. Never heard of the other ones so going to ask for a sample on my next order.

That'sif he ever responds to my email that I sent a while back.

 
I'm pretty sure he will mail u buddy. I hope so anyway but some timeshe does take a while, maybe mail him again if no contact still after the weekend. I dunno hope u get it sorted he is usually bang on if but sometimes can take a bit to reply, maybe he works elsewhere or summin  ?

Yes I'm sure zone has a life and isn't sitting around waiting for an email. He will reply usually within 3 days max. Most of the time 24 hours

well he replied to me very quickly 2 days ago after asking for a menu,so he is checking his emails.Thanks for the advice btw.

 
I am about to place my first order with Z. I was just wondering if anyone could help me. He has given me instructions on how to use MG or WU. Can this be don online? Or do you need to go somewhere that does MG or WU for sending £ €$?

TRT best decision I ever made, and $200 covers the whole year for me. Excluding bloodwork of course.
