After taking a break from these guys for a bit, I put in an order. It was weird. After my order I never received any type of response/email from them at all. My CC sat with a 'Authorization Hold' on it and I figured I was just denied. Then boom, 4 days later, knock at the door, package delivered, money transferred, all with absolutely no contact from Palmira whatsoever..heh Odd, I say..

To make an international call you must first dial 011. then country code. The rest is easy to google.

If I might ask, when did you place your order? I put one in on the 19th, received trkng# on 19th and nothing at all since then including no return email response on the .es address.

They are the same thing. But, speaking from very recent experience, I went with the cheapest option.. and the cerevits look sort of... sloppy. Like, if I got them from a Walgreens, I'd think they look weird. Palmira did just deal with the holiday rush though, so maybe they're just pumping em out to keep up w/demand /default_tongue.png
Just curious, how are they sloppy? The stamp? Shape? Color?

Sloppy or not, I still think they're closest to the American generic equivalent that they have in stock. I actually used them to wean myself off of high doses of benzos before. Unlike those wide-screen tv's I bought off the back of that guy's van, they actually work.

 
Hey now that we can actually look up a working phone number for them, does anyone know if they really do offer a discount on orders for $500 and up or is that just something that's posted on their site? Also can someone please pm the.es email addy that actually works. Thanks for anyone that can help me out with the email addy and if anyone would know if they offer any sort of bulk deals I would think it would be TSS but if anyone else has any info please feel free to pm me or post back here... I placed an order on 12/18. Still not in system carrier.They have finalized my credit card. I have always expect a 3 to 4 day turnaround. Must be a bummer Christmas as I have in laws that are unbearable. Maybe I will be surprised today, but i doubt it as no system documentation.

Same here but order placed on 19th. Nothing at all since then. They have sent me the wrong tracking# before but not recently. As you know they are not working -it's FELIZ NAVIDAD - a 6 -10 day holiday in most Latin cultures.

 
Fed ex is taking off the 24th and 25th. No goodies until they are done with vacation. Then they will be slammed after Christmas so I would expect Thursday or Friday.

 
I found the information on the Carrier we have been stressing over. I placed order on the 18th. I will get my envelope on Thursday 12/27 before 10:30 AM.

GEOCAT, since you ordered on the 19th. I would expect yours on Friday. They have a web page that tells how long a package will arive from various countries.

Great IOP here. The only complaint was that they did not press down hard enough while writing my address on air bill. This being said My package would have arrived 3 days from order if it was not for christmas slowing things down.

_And the fact that shipping service called me to ask me my full address name apartment ect. __--- So give them a phone number guys I would say if you want to insure yourself.

GDX - You know what - I had been trying the .es address also with no reply. Then I wrote one in spanish Wednesday the 26th and next thing I know, I get a reply and courier service picked up package a couple of hours later that had been waiting since Friday of last week. Now I don't know for sure if it was because I wrote it in spanish or they just got back to work since last Thurs or Friday and since the courier service was off work on Mon and Tues. So with a bucket full of emails to rabble thru (or just deleted the ones that were sent over the weekend and holiday) they must have just gotten back to taking care of business yesterday (Wed the 26th)????? But at least now I know mine is on it's way. Of course there will possibly be another short delay period for New Years!! Have a nice Holiday.

They used to post a message at the top of their website in red when they would be closed, if they were backed up, etc. It would be nice to get some info like that again.

Fun Holiday greetings! I remember those days and even when their 866... # use to work. But alas they need more staff, especially someone besides M reading/answering english messages. I have made that as a suggestion to them more than once but.... Even with all the problems they sometimes seem to have (from a customers point of view), they still have come thru for me every time except once. And that may have been my error.

Anyway my last order was made last Wednesday the 19th, got a tracking# pretty quickly on the 19th, then nothing until yesterday (26th) when the courier service actually picked it up, BUT it's held up at their hub for at least another day. Damn weather - "somebody" should do something about the frigging inconvenience it makes and just CONTROL IT!!!!!!!!

I promise that es def works cause i had yet another problem with palm and they emailed me back like 20 times back and forth........this really sucks too cause they are 100% my favorite site. Im so disapointed as of right now. Not sure my next move,they have no record of my conformation even tho i do and they already took money of my account......i ordered on the 20th and they keep telling me there gonna try to help me.......whats that sposed to mean??? And itd the 2nd time somthing like tthis has happened this month.......

They stole everything I had in my home: cash, electronics, and mags, and forced me to transfer $20K in Bitcoin. it is a huge loss and I'm still reeling trying to figure out what i.can do to recover. For now I'm just trying to secure what little I have left so they can't take anything else. I'm telling you guys cause theres not many others I can tell. please bare w/ me, it'll take a few days to get back up and running
