Hi, I've been burned a few times and have been wondering if any vendors offer COD options for payment. I am obviously willing and able to pay but don't want to hey ripped off. I placed an order with Juan after getting an inventory list and after accepted  my donation he proceeded to tell me that he doesn't  have the 60's in stock. This was NOT ok. I'm looking for a vendor that will offer COD so this won't happen again. I appreciate your help

Thanks,

Samo

I have spoken to the vendors and none of them seem to do it.

If you order from one of the vendors listed on this forum the chance that you will be burned is very slim.

There's your answer then, but @s4rh0sh makes a good point, vendors listed are reputable and reliable, some more reliable than others. Their threads are full of feedback to give you the chance to make an informed decision whose services you wish to utilise.

There are vendors who will offer C.O.D., but only after they consider you a trust worthy customer.

Always got a little nervous handing mailman $ lol. Got the feeling he knew what was up

In general, I love a vendor willing to do COD. You guys know of any downfalls or scams with this method? It would make me happy and extremely nervous if I could order COD!

Also, if it is COD will the postman (USPS) only take money orders? Or are they good with a cashiers check?

Thanks everyone!

Same feeling here it was so weird back when iop's were still around doing cod.im sure my mailman knew I mean you could feel it was a bottle in the package not to mention the rattling noise because half the time it'd be just one little ball of cotton in there😃

Sorry I know this is an old tread ,but I think the only"cod"vendor/iop's are long gone by now.

I recently received an offer to try a "new vendor " and pay COD. No explanation of how they got my email and no mention of wanting to be on the forum so I declined.

As @DrAven advises it's best to avoid any unknown offers, especially if there's anything about them that is too good to be true.

Some very good, solid advice from DrAven. After All, why make their jobs any easier than it has to be for them.

How is COD risky for the vendor?  You can't pick up a COD parcel without submitting payment first. If you don't pay, parcel is returned to the vendor. Seems like that would minimize risk for both parties. Amazon offers COD on everything---encourages those impulse buys if you don't have to pay till it gets there.

Typically, you don't pay your mail carrier for a COD package. They're not allowed to carry cash. You pick it up at the post office.

Of course, if the item is not legal, then that would suggest knowledge of its contents. But I'm confused why this would be a financial risk for the vendor. Online stores do COD all the time.

  7. Alkazar @ Alkazar: It is really annoying\
  8. Alkazar @ Alkazar: Technically they were forced back to work the last time they went on strike in 2024, so this is the same strike for the same reasons in 2025.
  9. Alkazar @ Alkazar: I dont know how to direct reply to people on here. But the Canada Post strike will affect any mail coming from the US. It will be held at a facility until the striek is over. Mail that is being sent from CAD to the US will just not be picked up. It all has to be private delivery services now.
  10. Z @ zdaBa: Happy Saturday, love you all <3

  14. xenxra @ xenxra: @LW815 from my experience, CP strikes usually tend to leave the snails alone

  16. C @ Callmejonah: methadone
  17. LW815 @ LW815: @Alkazar would that effect snail mail arriving to the US from CA in any impactful way?
  18. CnC5 @ CnC5: @Alkazar wow again? Smh!
