Received 21/02 

Amazingly this one only took a week. However I am waiting on one of two packages both sent on 08/02. I received one of them (100x 5mg Betapam) 17/02 but the other just hasn't shown up at all yet. I find a delay between these extremely strange as at least an extra 13 days for one of two packages sent at the same time is almost unheard of. The only thing I can think of is one being held at customs; the ultimate irony is that I can seemingly import  a scheduled drug without a second look but I have to wait for my Synthroid which I will need soon because I can't afford the $200+ to get it through my doc here (can only get T3 govt funded).

I emailed Doc, like many of you I had the error message, but from what I can tell there was a temporary issue with the DNS (I would assume his PPE2U email actually goes to another server). All working now, he says to wait a month at least for it to arrive. Have any of you in 'highly efficient/ first world' countries ever had to wait this long?

yep, this just happened to me not too long ago. just a few posts back. It was not quite 13 days but I betcha it will arrive. Don't worry, I felt the same as you until it arrived cause it was not normally what happens when I get two or more different shipments from the same order.

Happens with my orders. I don't think they are held up for me. Most of the time the original postage stamp is too faded to clearly read and keep in mind this pure me talking out of my ass here, but on about half of say 30 or so gifts, the ship date is always later than he has told me. This of course, has increased over time as I assume he received more and more customers . And yes, as the above poster noted, 2 weeks ship time has turned to a month. Was convenient since I could pay with card but I've switched to an email only source due to this discrepancy. Good luck with your synthroid.

Hi I am happy with my experience overall with ppe, but I can understand some of the frustrations mentioned above . Firstly the stats :

Donated on 7 th feb

shipped on 14 feb

landed 25 th feb 

all in all 18 days to uk which is fantastic of course. 

BUT I registered ( not ordered ) on the 4 th of Feb. Usually you get an instant reply that you have been approved , but in this case I didn't here back for 3 days so I sourced what I needed else where , as no donation had been made to ppe . However 3 days later he did get back to me so I thought I would try him out with something small to start, as cc is handier than other methods. 5 days after donation I hadn't heard a single thing , no confirmation or anything. If it wasn't for the excellent faith the dbg community has in ppe I would have been concerned . Just as I was beginning to get a little peeved that nobody had shot me off a one line email along the lines of "we have received your order we will process shortly"  -  lo and behold the next day I DID then get a very long and very apologetic and reassuring mail about the delay - so all was forgiven on my part! I appreciate it when vendors acknowledge your right to be concerned because the success of any transaction is based on trust. And then - although this is out of the docs hand i guess -  it only took 11 days to reach me. I tried some and I've liked what if tried!

Well I'm dumbfounded as to where my original post went however maybe admin had to get rid of it since I'm new were and maybe could have possibly not follow the rules correctly.

lucky u got ur package quick ! 

i ordered a week before u and was sent a week before u , same kinda thing w/ 2 packages and havent received either yet .

i know its tough getting thru our customs but cant help but get a bit anxious on the wait of ur 1st order ay !

tried emailing doc jus before and got all those weird automated replies and that didnt help one bit haha .

glad to see it wasnt jus me and has been kinda resolved , rly hoped he hadnt got up n left us all behind :lol:  .

anyway will update when / if my packages arrive soon .

I agree but try the zopax, they are Rediculous huge, but  for some reason the hit you're really fast and really hard they're made by CIPLA...Those are my fav. And only ones that come in blisters

 
finally got a reship today and it was shipped 2 days after he said it was, took over 3 weeks. I was under the immpression from this board that he did 100% reships but he only did me 50. not my first rodeo with doc either.

I don't know what's going on but it's now March 1st I'm still waiting out of February order I understand it's not docks fault I understand he said things are starting to take 3 to 4 weeks however this is leading me to change my vendors which is not good for his operation so maybe I should just email him and ask for ship

Try not to worry too much I had it December 31st arrive on the 25th but what I'm really concerned about is a January which was the same week is December 31st that still has not arrived I think I'm about due for my 50% off free ship I'll have to talk to Doc it's very frustrating and I understand it's not his fault but it would be nice to offer some kind of track and so we know what's going on at least but hey at least he's not like top 10 where you have to pay for insurance or nothing

Here's a little note for everyone on here I wants waited 9 weeks for a letter including weekends I waited 9 weeks I don't know where it was for all of that time however when I received it it was postmarked for the day it was supposed to be originally shipped so I know it wasn't a Reese ship I don't know what happens but op Pangea is only once a year

Well thank you very kindly I really appreciate that it's nice to have people on here who can help each other out it's nice that people go out of their way to put their shipped and received times on here as it should be to help others and particularly you having a scene ship date is me and us living in the same country really gives me hope that I probably will receive it today or tomorrow thank you very much for posting :)

Remember not to post mailing date before receipt, I understand the frustration of waiting, but hopefully you'll be posting a review upon receipt of order soon.
