I bet that BTC will continue to grow for sure. I have never heard of Hayek but am going to read on it today. Thanks for putting this out there. B)
we all I think see the need for this kind of currency.   I know people who never heard of btc.   well, they don't need it like we do.

I've said along with others for a while now, that it will pay to get ahead with this type of currency, it's not the future, it's here and now!

And figure out the next one. Haven't had a chance to look at the Hayek yet.  We'll be so smart while others are confused. But we need good wallets. I've had minimal problems with Coinbase but a friend is having all sorts of problems.

I can't afford that for benzos and top rate PK's, never mind BitWalletCoinBase.

A month or so ago it was in the $1000 then it dropped to the $700's.  So there is no telling what it will do or how to predict.  Just gotta keep watching and when it's low buy.  There are benefits. Many sellers give discounts for bitcoins.

Unfortunately I can't afford the benefits, although I can see them, tempting me, like some hot girl/guy draped over my cleavage.

I saw it. The first thing I saw when I woke was it was about $990 so I bought some and have been watching it all day and buying $20 here $20 bucks there.   What the hell drives this stuff?

I appopolige for being so naaive , not my fault I have atrusting mind! Thats gereraly a bit slow in the way things"work" in this 3d wotrld?

Seriously been out of it for many years! And I am a newbie on these thinhgs.,technological.

But I really need a "dummys" guide to bitcoins?

I want to use a credit/debit payment to set up an account. ...with the least fuss, the better.

Have seen a wallet on ebay? ....any good?

Can I load it easily? From whats offer on there?

Will  ebay vendors be any good?

And will i be able to use it on a simple tablet or something like a samsung pro?

Ffs, the lenghths we have to go to........,to simply   "buy a little help from our friends".

Would gratefullyappreciate any advise.

Jane.

Peace and love....?

@JaneI personally would not do ebay... my opinion. I have a place I buy my btc from and a wallet I purchase from that is separate. Gocelery.com purchase, to electrum wallet. I had to read a lot to understand. I am still a newbie but after trial and error I am using this method. Read the forum and check out what suits you. Although I am in the US, you may decide to use a different combo.

Hi natty, thanks for your response.

I am in the u.k. and it does seem that these companies tend to accomodate different countries?

When, oh when will the world simply..."BE AS ONE, and ACT AS ONE? "

Too much to accpect I guess?

I will try to persevere.

Love and peace. ?

Google bitcoin wallet UK.  I think Coinbase works in UK.  I also like @Natty Use one wallet to buy from then transfer to multibit.   I suggest you go through this thread and read. There is good info and it's easier just to read how we all got to this point.

I did buy from ebay but I'd never use a wallet.  Find a popular one and go with that.   I think @PTFC is in the UK so maybe he can help.

Hey @Jane, I use bitbargaindotcodotuk to buy and I transfer them to my Multiibit HD wallet(free), the aforementioned site is a bitcoin exchange.

Help! I am doing my first BTC order and I am .005  btc short! Would any one be so kind as to loan me .005 btc? If I have my girl brain workin right today that's a lil over $5?.  I am literally .005 under on a .2363 BTC order and hard to explain but can't break it down. If can do send to 1P3qDdVkfiLoHfTwNk6sq1vpVJPgL2fPQP

Thanks guys yup yup got it covered! Digital currencies are sooo interesting. Once I finally really wrapped my brain around BTC and understood how it is structured with an algorithm I stumble upon Ethereum. Fricking complex but I guess all we need to know is how to buy and sell it.

  1. xenxra @ xenxra: i'm surprised none of the CA-US shops have a notice up about it
  2. Alkazar @ Alkazar: It is really annoying\
  3. Alkazar @ Alkazar: Technically they were forced back to work the last time they went on strike in 2024, so this is the same strike for the same reasons in 2025.
  4. Alkazar @ Alkazar: I dont know how to direct reply to people on here. But the Canada Post strike will affect any mail coming from the US. It will be held at a facility until the striek is over. Mail that is being sent from CAD to the US will just not be picked up. It all has to be private delivery services now.
  5. Z @ zdaBa: Happy Saturday, love you all <3

  12. LW815 @ LW815: @Alkazar would that effect snail mail arriving to the US from CA in any impactful way?
